The Faculty of Social and Management Sciences formerly known as School of Management and Information Technology was established in 2000 to offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The faculty has six (6) departments namely Department of Accountancy, Department of Banking & Finance, Department of Economics, Department of Information Technology, Department of Library and Information Science, and Department of Business Administration.
